Aadam Brown

Aadam brings nearly two decades of experience providing independent advice and support to both private and public management teams and stakeholders, specialising in IPOs, follow-ons, and related equity capital markets activities. He led the Independent IPO Advisory team at KPMG until early 2025 and previously served as Head of UK at STJ Advisors. Aadam has also held roles at Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse.

Ishaan Pasricha

Ishaan brings extensive experience in IPOs, sell-downs, growth equity, and strategic capital raises across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. His expertise spans from advising early-stage high-growth startups to established, mature companies. Ishaan began his career doing Corporate Finance at Rothschild in Singapore before transitioning to Equity Advisory at STJ Advisors, and then returning to Rothschild & Co in London, where he worked until 2024.

Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor has led numerous IPOs throughout his career, while at Credit Suisse and more recently, as Head of Corporate Broking at Singer Capital Markets, and at Berenberg. In addition to supporting the team at Queens Lane, Michael is the founder of Highpoint Capital, a specialist investor focused on the senior living sector.
